Our team worked together with the nursing homes to swab their staffs and residents, while providing swab training for the nurses involved.

Our training course, planned and conducted by our team, has come to an end. Congratulations to the nurses who have passed Palliative OSCE!

National Health IT Excellence Awards 2017
It is of great honour and privilege to have been chosen as the winner for the 2017 National Health IT Excellence Awards in the category "IT Excellence: Beyond Hospital to Community".
There is nothing more gratifying than recognition for our efforts to live our vision, which is "for nursing homes to become warm, homely and lively places for our old people to age in, with grace and dignity".
This award is attributed to the members of the GeriCare team who have conceived creative ways to help bring quality of care to our nursing homes. This award also goes out to the staff of the 8 nursing homes that are working with us to make our residents' care better. Thank you in so many ways for being a part of us and let's continue to strive hard to make nursing homes a place that the residents can truly call home.
